Shipping policy

Shipping rates on Prints are calculated after the order is placed. Customer will get to review the shipping cost and decide if they would like to continue with the order. Orders will not be sipped unless agreed to by customer

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. For physical items, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.

For digital downloads, refunds are only available if the item has not been downloaded. If the item has already been downloaded, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Scott at Scott@thinairgrafx.com for assistance with digital product returns.
